29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a. On the roof at the site, located at 3025 Bermuda Sloop Circle, Sun City, FL: On or about 1/19/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 32 feet on a 4:12 pitch roof, in that the fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing work.

29 CFR  1926.503(b)(1):The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer.  a. At the jobsite located on 1870 Gateway Lane, Kissimmee, FL: On or about January 24, 2024 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide written certification records to identify the trained employees in that, fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing framing work on roof heights approximately 32 feet.
