29 CFR 1926.1419(f): During operations requiring signals, the ability to transmit signals between the operator and signal person were not maintained, and the operator did not safely stop operations requiring signals until it was reestablished and a proper signal was given and understood: Location : 17 Avenue East & 20 East 10th Street, Bayonne, NJ 07002 a. The employer/Crane Operator, failed to ensure that verbal/visual crane signals were being affectively communicated and the stop hoisting operations was not received by the crane operator to prevent a load strike when the stop signal was given by the signalman. Violation occurred on or about December 26, 2023
