29 CFR 1910.212(a)(4): Revolving drum(s), barrel(s), or container(s) were not guarded by enclosure(s) which were interlocked with the drive mechanism so that the barrel(s), drum(s), or container(s) could not revolve unless the enclosure(s) were in place: (a) At the Line 1 Card Machine: On or about January 11, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards from the revolving parts of the Card machine, in that the door guarding the access to the moving parts in the Card machine was modified to allow employees access to enter the machine.
