29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, will provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical. a.) On or about January 23, 2024, in the drill press area of the fabrication shop: employees were exposed to chemical hazards, in that, the employer did not provide the proper hazard warning label on a gallon container containing Eliminator II 201 Synthetic Cutting Fluid.
