1926.20(b)(2) Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): Location: 150 Pleasant St. Attleboro, MA 02703 On 01/24/2024, employees were exposed to falls from heights up to twenty feet to the ground while wood framing on commercial construction project where fall protection was not utilized. The employer did not have a program to conduct and document frequent and regular inspections of their worksites to ensure that workers were protected from falls.
