29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On January 22, 2024, and at times prior, Blue Spruce Construction Group Inc, as controlling employer, did not ensure the seven subcontracted employees of Millennial Construction, LLC, were protected from fall hazards while engaged in roofing operations at heights greater than 10 feet, without the benefit of fall protection systems.
