29 CFR 1910.107(e)(2): The quantity of flammable liquids or liquids with a flashpoint greater than 199.4 degrees Fahrenheit (93 degrees Celsius) kept in the vicinity of spraying operation(s) exceeded the minimum required for operation: a) In the Structural Department, on or about January 24, 2024 - Two 53 gallon drums of Sherwin Williams Red Oxide Shopcoat Primer kept adjacent to spraying operations exceeded the minimum required for operation. Employees spray finish structural steel, rails, and angles with the primer.
