Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a) On the roof of Crossview Baptist Church, located at 302 W 20TH St., Tifton, GA, on or about January 24, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that the employer allowed employees to perform roofing work on a low sloped roof without the use of fall protection.
