29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): The employer did not provide portable fire extinguishers and did not mount, locate and identify them so that they are readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury. On or about January 24,2024, the employer did not ensure each fire extinguisher in the warehouse was mounted and easily identified. This exposed employees to fire and inhalation hazards. a. In the B shop (eastside of the shop), fire extinguisher was not mounted and easily identified. b. In the E Shop, (near the exit door & front of the metal door used for work trucks) fire extinguisher was not mounted and easily identified.
