29 CFR  1910.134(h)(1): Respirators were not cleaned and disinfected using the procedures in Appendix B-2 of 29 CFR 1910.134 or equivalent procedures recommended by the respirator manufacturer:   a)  TFA3 inc dba Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting - 1841 W Lincoln Hwy, Langhorne PA - main work area south side of building: On or about January 23, 2024, regularly used respirators were observed laying on workbenches and were not properly cleaned as per this section.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR  1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a) TFA3 Inc dba Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting - 1841 W Lincoln Hwy, Langhorne PA - main work area south side of building: On or about January 23, 2024, the employer provided and required employees to wear half-mask elastomeric and N95 respirators while performing painting and auto body work and did not develop and implement a written worksite specific respiratory program in accordance with this section.  TFA3 Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.134(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1639454, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on June 28, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1841 W Lincoln Hwy, Langhorne PA.  Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.  Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photograph or video evidence of abatement or other written records.

TFA3 Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.134(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1639454, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on June 28, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1841 W Lincoln Hwy, Langhorne PA.
