OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the recognized hazard of the use of damaged racking and racking that was not repaired or evaluated at the direction of or evaluated by a storage rack design professional creating the possibility of employees being struck by a falling industrial racking system: a) Warehouse Rack Storage Area- On or about January 25, 2024, employees working in the warehouse were exposed to the hazard of a damaged industrial racking system that was damaged and not repaired at the direction of or evaluated by a storage rack design professional. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
