29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about January 25, 2024, and at times prior to, the building's roof, allowed water to leak in the glass preparation area. The water leak created a slippery walking surface and the potential growth of mold, exposing employees to slips, trips, and other unsanitary hazards.
