29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:(a)(LOCATION)(IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATIONS AND/OR CONDITIONS)(DESCRIBE HAZARD(S) WHERE NECESSARY) a) New residential construction located at The JW Collection South on Main Street Subdivision, 4013 Moody Lane, Woodstock, GA 30106, Upper roof: On or about 01/22/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 23-feet, 4-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while the employee were engaged in roofing activities on a 8/12 pitched roof.
