29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. On or about January 24, 2024, and at times prior there to, in the warehouse area, employees used relocatable power taps for charging radios and hand held terminals that were series connected (daisy chained) to other relocatable power taps and an extension cord, and were mounted via zip ties to a cage.
