29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) On a commercial construction site, located at Hwy. 27 and Cagan Ridge Blvd., Clermont, Florida 34711: On or about 1/25/24, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that employees were not trained to recognize and avoid unsafe conditions while operating a 2008 International 7400 6x6 Derrick Digger.
