On or about January 24, 2024, and times prior thereto, employee was exposed to amputation hazards while operating a Hobart 6801 meat saw without using the push plate guard tool. b. On or about January 26, 2024, and times prior thereto, employee was exposed to amputation hazards while operating a Hobart 6801 meat saw without using the push plate guard tool. The Progreso LMMM San Antonio #8, LLC dba La Michoacana Meat Market was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1650978, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 20, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1814 South WW White Road, San Antonio, TX, 78222.
