29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a)On or about January 24, 2024, at the worksite located at 14100 W. Grandview Parkway Sturtevant, WI 53177, located on the BO-16 Coiler/Doctor Blade left and right side , the employer did not ensure a rotating coil was guarded to prevent contact with rotating components, thereby exposing employees to entanglement hazards.
