29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: a. 1 Eastern Road Suite 8, Kearney, New Jersey The employer failed to ensure that forklift operators maintained a clear view of the direction of travel. An employee operating a Raymond forklift failed to keep a clear view of the travel path while reversing with a pallet on the forks, and backed into a parked forklift, getting his foot caught between the two forklifts. Violation occurred 1/23/2024
