29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Electrical equipment had damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: a) Warehouse - On or about January 26, 2024, the employer did not ensure that all flexible cables were free from damage and recognized hazards that may expose employees to injury. The insulated outer jacket of the power cord of the white pallet stretch wrap machine was damaged and separated, exposing the inner electrical wires.
