Andarn Electro Services, Inc. was previously cited for violations of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii),   which were contained in OSHA inspections:  Number 1484092, citation number 1, item number 10 and was affirmed as a final order on February 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 6 Morris St, Paterson, NJ 07501. Number 1608557, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on July 17, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 72 Michigan Avenue Paterson, NJ 07543.
