On or about January 25, 2024, in the machine shop, the Phoenix band saw used to cut pipe did not have the guard adjusted to cover the unused portion of the blade, exposing employees to laceration and amputation hazards.  b.  On or about January 25, 2024, in the machine shop, the SH-330ER band saw used to cut pipe did not have the guard adjusted to cover the unused portion of the blade, exposing employees to a laceration and amputation hazards.  c.  On or about January 25, 2024, in the machine shop, the employer exposed employees to laceration and amputation hazards at the point of operation, in that the JET drill press from which the employees drill holes in metal material did not have a guard.  d.  On or about January 25, 2024, in the machine shop, the employer exposed employees to laceration and amputation hazards at the point of operation, in that the Blackhawke drill press from which the employees drill holes in metal material did not have a guard.
