29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about January 29, 2024, on the roof of a single level residential building, two employees were not in use of fall protection while performing decking work activities from the roof that was more than six(6) feet from the ground. DDL Master Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number1623668, citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/13/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 5813 Goldfinger Rd. Mustang, Oklahoma 73064.
