No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.

29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(ii)(A): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15-, 20-, and 30-ampere receptacle outlets that are not part of the permanent wiring of the building or structure and that are in use by personnel were not equipped with ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel: a) On or about January 29, 2024, employees were provided with electrical equipment connected by cord and plug to a Brute portable generator, having 5250 watts of start-up power, without the use of ground fault circuit interrupters or an assured equipment grounding conductor program. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
