On or about January 30, 2024, in the production area, employees were required to service and maintain equipment, to include cleaning, mechanical punch presses, specifically, the Aida Model NC2-110(2), Serial #00511-1431 punch press #11 without the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage and removal of energy control devices.  Employees were thereby exposed to machine hazards associated with not being trained as an authorized employee.
