29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Jobsite located at 130 W. Girard Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19104 - On or about January 30, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in commercial construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were performing concrete wall pouring without the use of fall protection, thereby exposing employees to falls of approximately 12 feet.
