In the main shop at 14 Bridge St. South Hadley, MA:  On or about January 31, 2024, the employer had not included asbestos in the Hazard Communication program and did not ensure that each employee had access to labels, Safety Data Sheets, and was trained as required.  Employees are exposed to asbestos containing materials while accessing attics, basements and other areas of houses built prior to 1980.
