On December 12, 2023, and at times prior thereto, where sub-contractor employees/workers were employed in the performance of the contract and allowed to work in surroundings or under working conditions which are unsanitary, hazardous, or dangerous to their health or safety and exposed to in plain view fall hazards greater than six (6) feet and not wearing eye protection at the following job sites:   a) On December 5, 2023, at residential home on 111 Lost Oak, employees performing roofing activities on a one story home were exposed to fall hazards of 10' feet to the ground below. b) On December 5, 2023, at residential home on 113 Lost Oak, employees performing roofing activities on a one story home were exposed to fall hazards of 10' feet to the ground below.  c) On December 12, 2023, at residential home on 125 Lost Oak, employees performing roofing activities on a one story home were exposed to fall hazards of 11' feet to the ground below.
