Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a) On the roof of Area A of the wing of Godley Station K-8 School, located at 2135 Benton Blvd., Savannah, GA, on or about January 31, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 15 feet, in that employees performed roofing operations without a fall protection system in place.
