The employer did not train employees in accordance with the requirements of HCS and paragraph (l)(2) of this section. (a) Admiral Valve, LLC dba CPV Manufacturing located at 503 Schoolhouse Road Kennett Square, PA-Machine Shop: On or about May 29, 2024, the employer did not include chromium (VI) in accordance with the requirements of HCS this section. Employees are exposed to chromium (VI) were not provided with training when performing cutting of stainless-steel materials.
