29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs seven feet or less from the floor level were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least fifteen inches above the belt: On or about January 24, 2024, employees engaged in automotive wheel manufacturing activities at the worksite located at 3610 W main St, Sedalia, Missouri 65301, were exposed to caught in and pinch point hazards in that the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from unguarded horizontal belts that were less than 7 feet from the floor/working platform level.
