29 CFR  1926.102(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used eye protection that provided side protection when there is a hazard from flying objects.  a) On or about January 31, 2024, at the worksite located at 1245 West Eua Gallie Blvd, Melbourne, FL 32935: employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while using a pneumatic nailer to set CMU Wall top plates, in that, eye protection was not used.   b) On or about January 31, 2024, at the worksite located at 1245 West Eua Gallie Blvd, Melbourne, FL32935: employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while using a Matabo brand pneumatic nailer to frame interior wood studs, in that eye protection was not used.
