29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) 650 Foxcroft Avenue: On or about January 30, 2024, and at times prior, employees performed work in the parts department warehouse. Miscellaneous engine parts, boxes, and pallets of merchandise blocked the passageways exposing the employees to trip and fall hazards while attempting to navigate the passageways.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) 650 Foxcroft Avenue: On or about January 30, 2024, and at times prior, employees entered electrical panels to perform maintenance. The employer did not maintain adequate access around electrical equipment as boxes, debris and automobile parts were stored in the area around and on electrical panels.
