29 CFR  1910.67(c)(2)(v):(v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.  On or about February 1, 2024, employees working from aerial lifts were not protected from a fall by a Personal Fall Arrest System, exposing employees to a fall of approximately  15 feet.  Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
