29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): a) On or about February 01, 2024, at 38-38 9th Street, Long Island City, NY 11101. The employer did not ensure employees operating powered industrial trucks, such as but not limited to Toyota Core Electric forklift and Crown clamp truck were trained to operate the trucks safely. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
