29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment for affected employees were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: At the jobsite located at 10301 Astra Parkway, Desoto, Kansas, employees assisting welders performing welding operations for the erection of a stairway inside building 1 (2nd floor of B200), were exposed to eye injuries due to no welding protective glasses or goggles being utilized by the assisting employees during welding work.
