29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a) At 2555 Society Hill Road Opelika, Al (Wall Framing Area): On or about January 26, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that employees used a folded A-frame stepladder leaned against the formwork to perform framing activities and access the top of a wall frame for construction operations.
