Bin 1 entry platform; b. Bin 4 entry platform; c. Bin 11 entry platform; d. Bin 12 entry platform; e. Bin 16 entry platform; f. Bin 17 entry platform; g. Bin 17 maintenance platform; h. Bin 17 loading platform.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Mechanical execution of work. Electric equipment shall be installed in a neat and workmanlike manner. There shall be no damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating. On or about February 1, 2024, employees were exposed to electrical shock and the employer failed to ensure the conduit protecting the wiring running into the main panel box located in the MCC were not damaged.
