29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: On or about February 1, 2024, the employer did not ensure each outlet had a suitable faceplate. This exposed employees to electrical shock hazards in the following instances: a. The outlet faceplate in the cooking area where the food warmer is plugged into. b. The light switch faceplate near the exit door in the baking area.
