29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest. On or about January 31, 2024, the employee performed a roofing task on a roof greater than 6 feet above the lower level without fall protection. Rojas Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1642801, citation number #1, item number #1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 8, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 7550 Pecue Lane, New Building Const. Off of Airline Hwy and Pecue Lane, BATON ROUGE, LA 70809. Rojas Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1559395, citation number #1, item number #1 and was affirmed as a final order on (date), with respect to a workplace located at 15128 Airline Hwy, BATON ROUGE, LA 70817
