29 CFR  1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   a) East  side of a one-story commercial building: On or about January 31 , 2024, and times prior, five employees were on the roof conducting roof repairs. The employees were not using a personal fall arrest system, fall protection or a safety monitoring system exposing them to falls of up to approximately 16 feet to eave to the concrete parking lot.   b) West side of a one-story commercial building: On or about January 31 , 2024, and times prior, one employee was performing a roof repair on sections of the domed roof. The employee was not using a personal fall arrest system, fall protection or a safety monitoring system exposing them to falls of up to approximately 8 feet to the next lower level.
