29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. On or about February 1, 2024, the employer did not ensure sufficient access and working space was provided and maintained about the energized electrical equipment, to include but not limited to the main shut off switches for the main elevator to building 3 and 4, and 2 Panel boxes labeled EM all located in the boiler room.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. On or about February 1, 2024 , the flexible power cord the food cooler plugs into, located in the kitchen by the fryers and ovens, was not fitted so strain relief was provided to prevent the cord casing from pulling away from the cord plug.
