The employer did not ensure the point of operation was properly guarded. (b) On or about January 31, 2024, employees were exposed to crushing/pinch point hazards while working on and around the Rockwell Hydro Press Press Brake (Model No, DH-12012 and Serial No. 1070). The employer did not ensure the point of operation was properly guarded.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7) Mechanical execution of work. Electric equipment shall be installed in a neat and workmanlike manner. (a) On or about January 31, 2024, employees working on and around the Wiedmann Turret Press (Model No. W4560 & Serial No. 176) were exposed to an electrical shock hazard. The energized wires were not properly guarded, in-that the energized wires had the secondary insulation pulled away from the live wires.
