29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 109 Fredericksburg Rd., Fredericksburg, PA - An employee was removing siding from a structure while working from a JLG 660SJ Telescopic Boom Lift and was not utilizing the appropriate means of fall protection, on or about February 2, 2024. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
