29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. a) On or about February 2, 2024, the employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite. As a result, six subcontractor employees working on a commercial roof, were exposed to fall hazards greater than 14 feet without utilizing a fall protection system.
