29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv):Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: At a worksite located at lot 819 Algonquin St, Lee's Summit MO, employees were exposed to fall hazards. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to work from a scaffold platform that was supported by a front-end loader while performing framing work on the building under construction.

29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: At a worksite located at lot 819 Algonquin St, Lee's Summit Mo, employees were exposed to struck by hazards. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to work without head protection in areas where there was a possibility of tools, equipment, and other items falling on them from employees working at a higher level.
