29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii): Workers adjacent to the welding area were not protected from exposure to welding rays by the use of noncombustible screens, shields, or appropriate goggles: On or about February 29, 2024, and at times prior to thereto, in the bottom side assembly area, welding screens, shields, or goggles were not utilized while employees were assembling locomotives during welding operations.
