Employees handle and are exposed to chemicals such as cleaners, detergents, sanitizers and pesticides containing hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, sodium hypochlorite and potassium hydroxide. A written hazard communication program was not developed and implemented. On or about 2/5/2024. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
