29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. Plastic injection molding machine (disassembly project): On or about February 5, 2023 and at times prior, approximately 8 employees were exposed to hazardous walking-working surfaces in that the employer did not ensure that plastic injection molding machine operator's platform was secured during the disassembly project at the workplace.
