29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  On the roof at a residence, located at 6192 Hidden Branch Drive, Apollo Beach, Florida 33579: On or about 2/6/24, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that safety glasses were not utilized by employees operating air powered nail guns while performing roofing work.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    On the roof at a residence, located at 6192 Hidden Branch Drive, Apollo Beach, Florida 33579: On or about 2/6/24, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing  framing activities at an approximate exposure height of 19 feet.
