29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Cardinal Glass, Mountaintop, PA: On or about February 6, 2024, employees who were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately nine and a half (9 1/2) feet, while performing work from the roof above the control room in the glass tempering area, were not protected from falling. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
